Situation

Vitamin Software, a product development agency serving healthcare clients, was rebranding to healthcare and launching its first marketing department. They needed a new visual identity, foundational CRM infrastructure, and support standing up a team—fast.

Solution

We implemented HubSpot from the ground up—building custom pipelines, lifecycle automations, and tracking systems across sales and marketing. We also stepped into a fractional leadership role to define GTM strategy, lead hiring, and coach the team through launch.
