ConsortiaX runs 20+ travel agencies — luxury, group, adventure, specialist, each selling differently, each running on its own systems. None of it lived in one CRM. None of it rolled into one report. Chloe onboarded all 20 onto HubSpot. Now it does.

BECAUSE 20 TRAVEL AGENCIES DON'T SHARE ONE TECH STACK — BUT THEY SHOULD SHARE ONE SYSTEM.
The questions ConsortiaX needed a CRM to answer
Running 20 travel brands through one system isn't simple math. Each brand needed its own domain setup, its own tracking, and a clean sync with VCRM. Before Chloe built ConsortiaX's HubSpot foundation, the team was working around 4 questions no CRM could answer:
How do we sync trip and reservation IDs from VCRM without losing data integrity?

A CENTRALIZED SYSTEM DOESN'T START WITH SOFTWARE. IT STARTS WITH MAPPING WHAT 20 DIFFERENT BRANDS ACTUALLY NEED TRACKED
A HubSpot Foundation Built for 20 Travel Brands Sending 2M Emails a Month
Before a single domain was configured, Chloe mapped what each of the 20 agencies needed tracked — separately, and as part of one shared instance. The build came from that map, not assumptions.
Now domains, tracking, and VCRM data, trip IDs, reservation IDs, and guest data sync into HubSpot without manual re-entry. As a certified HubSpot partner, Chloe also negotiated enterprise pricing on Marketing Hub, so 2M+ emails a month run on infrastructure ConsortiaX didn't have to overpay for.
20 brands, 20 different setups, no shared tracking. Onto one HubSpot instance that reports cleanly at 2M+ emails a month.
THE NUMBERS DON'T LIE
20 BRANDS IN ONE SYSTEM.
Travel agencies unified under one HubSpot instance, each with its own domain and tracking setup
Emails sent every month across the portfolio, on infrastructure built to carry the volume
Custom VCRM-to-HubSpot integration syncing trip IDs, reservation IDs, and guest data across all 20 brands
A Fully Integrated System
How a multi-brand travel parent got centralized reporting, clean tracking, and infrastructure that holds at scale.
Situation
Every one of ConsortiaX's 20+ agencies sold differently, tracked differently, and lived on its own domain setup inside the same HubSpot instance. There was no shared reporting layer to check performance against. As email volume climbed past 2M a month, the infrastructure started buckling under a load it was never built to carry.
Solution
Chloe mapped what each of the 20 agencies needed to track before configuring a single domain, then built a custom VCRM-to-HubSpot integration, syncing trip IDs, reservation IDs, and guest data with transforms for titles, genders, and birthdates. One HubSpot instance, 20 brands, no data crossing wires.
Results
20 travel agencies now report through one clean system. 2M emails a month run on infrastructure built to carry them. What used to live in 20 separate spreadsheets and inboxes now lives in one place and for the first time, ConsortiaX can see the whole portfolio at once.
WHAT CONSORTIAX SAID AFTER THE SYSTEM WENT LIVE
20 Brands Went Quiet. Then One System Spoke.
Marketing blames Sales.
Sales blames the CRM.
We fix the system — so everyone stops pulling in the same direction.
