Launched a fully operational CRM, hired key GTM roles, and laid the foundation for long-term marketing success.
Situation
Vitamin Software, a product development agency serving healthcare clients, was rebranding to healthcare and launching its first marketing department. They needed a new visual identity, foundational CRM infrastructure, and support standing up a team—fast.
Solution
We implemented HubSpot from the ground up—building custom pipelines, lifecycle automations, and tracking systems across sales and marketing. We also stepped into a fractional leadership role to define GTM strategy, lead hiring, and coach the team through launch.
Results
CRM workflows are fully live, sales and marketing are aligned, and the company now has an internal team—including a top-tier marketer and lead gen specialist—to scale the next chapter.
